Creamy burnt cheese cake


The result of burnt cheese cake. Burnt outside ,creamy inside just the way i like it. I'm using small baking pan so the cake quite small and have more ingredients kept up in fridge for another day,just when i want to eat it.

The ingredients as follow for more than 1 kg cheese cake, can less ingredients for small portion :

1kg cream cheese ( Brand of Tatura,royal victoria,dairy mount,Philadelphia etc, for premium cheese cake use Philadelphia brand)
300 gram sugar or small sugar
7 eggs
500 gram wiping cream
30 gram wheat flour
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon lemon juice
oil paper in baking pan before inside the blended ingredients in pan
Aluminum foil outside pan before baking in oven


1. Heat up the oven until 200'C.
2.oil paper in baking pan before putting inside the blended ingredients.
3. Wrapped up aluminium outside the pan.
4. Blend the cream cheese with sugar and lemon juice until properly blended.
5. Blend egg together one by one with the ingredients and properly blended.
6. Blend with wiping cream,vanila, until properly beautiful prepared .
7. Put the wheat floor and properly blended together until creamy.
8. Put all the ingredients blended together into the oil paper of baking pan.
9.Bake the  blended ingredients in pan inside oven with 200'C with  one hour times until the top side become burnt and creamy inside.
The cream cheese cake expanding beautifully.. Erm,yummy guys.

The texture is creamy and really tasty for my own.
