Chiang Mai and Chiang rai trip Thailand. (26/4/2019-29/04/2019)
Heritage and conservation trip
Chiang Mai meaning new city and Chiang rai (rai taken from name of King Mengrai, Chiang mean city) the early capital of King Mengrai.
Day 1
Depart 6.55 am from KLIA
-arrival on Chang Mai, Thailand at 9:30 am.
Going to royal Flora Garden Chang Mai. Have many other countries garden, but I can't explore more due limited time, a landscapers must visit this garden due to beautiful areas of different countries garden.a memorable trip

Day 2
-Maetaeng elephant Park and clinic.
My previous post shows they can do painting, logging and dancing etc.. . Ride elephant but I don't ride it .
Some Tourist riding elephant- if you realise there is thick cover to support people weight

-Long neck Karen, maetaman (learning about long neck villages ,craft,handmade and cultures)
-45 mins river ride with water rafting with bamboo

Day 3-Chiang Rai
White Temple ( walk-in in white hell before going into heaven)
-Thaweesin Chiang Rai hot spring
-Golden Triangle Special economic zone (Mekong river ride, a boundaries between Thailand and Laos) -duty free areas for shopping
-Maesai border for shopping like Padang besar in perlis(duty free areas)
-house of opium (museum for poppy flowers and drug industry ,just looking through.. actually poppy flowers can be used as medicine but human misuse the plants, actually creation of Allah..

Day 4 Chiang Mai.
- going to gem gallery ( I don't activate my visa card can't shopping the gems, window shopping only but save money😅😂)learning about how they making germs in their shops with professional craftsmen, so bling-bling, bolehlah beli cincin tunang, kawen or anniversary gold ,women favorite place and playground if berduit 😂😂😂I'm really tempted to buy original gems here around thousand bath until hundred thousand baths or higher) 😑😑topaz, diamond, ruby, sapphire, amethyst available here also horoscopes gems.
- leather shop and galleries ( handbag and others from crocodile skin, elephant skin, snake skin, stingray skin and other
- bees shop ( honey Nectar from poppy flowers, one have the drugs and another one flower contains honey collect by our smart bees choosing best honey for their nest from golden triangle mountain, Thailand -boundaries between Laos and Myanmar .
I admit the seller in the tree boundaries quite pushy but you have to learned to ignore it.
- Shinawatra Thai silk -learning about how silk being made from silk worm into boiling the cascade worm to getting out the silk slowly and crafted into clothes. My friends buy real silk from here, quite expensive from700-5000 bath per meter depends on quality of silk
-Central Plaza Chang Mai Airport -modern shopping complex for shopping (adidas and nike big shops available here and quite cheap compared to Malaysia) last day going back to Malaysia at flight 5.10 pm arrive on 9.25 pm malaysia time
Thai people very polite and good to tourists. Always greetings with their own languages.
Mostly sawadikap and other so I also reply sawadikap 😂😂😂. I don't know how to speak Thai 😂😂😂.
We're visiting the upper part of Thailand and very beautiful especially in Royal garden and it have 3 seasons- summer times, quite hot but during winter time -16'c until 0'c a lot of Thai people come here for vacations and mountains hiking areas ,strawberry farm and other
We traveled using reliable agency -IMG Travel and Tours Sdn Bhd Alhamdulilah they really responsible and making sure all of us safe and happy . Overall RM1600( AIR ASIA promotion) with transportation, hotel and meals with agents, pocket money only rm500 but still have Baki because I had not shopping too much only bought kain sulam untuk buat baju raya .. Only last day lunch not provided but we go to Chinese Muslim restaurant -rice and curry-50 baths, chrystaemum tea 20 baths .around rm7-10 .
Their 7-11 shop quite best because cheap, a lot drinks, foods and other convenience... I buy a lot of milk, drinks and other compared to Malaysia. The food and drinks in Thailand is cheap and affordable but for clothes depending on quality you choose..
Other places can go but I don't visit
